"Is this true?"
Li Yuqing was delighted. Generally speaking, it was rare for swordsmen to proactively share their insights into Sword Dao with others.
Chu Ming was doing this undoubtedly due to their past acquaintance.
"Of course!"
Chu Ming said calmly. He used to be a disciple of the Cyan Yang Sect, and naturally hoped for the sect to grow stronger. However, solely relying on Qingyang Zi and Elder Ku was far from sufficient.
A large number of new formidable warriors were needed, and as Li Yuqing was currently the most talented disciple of the Cyan Yang Sect, the likelihood of her breaking through to the Guiyuan Realm in the future was very high.
Furthermore, discussing Sword Dao with Li Yuqing wasn’t entirely unhelpful to him either. The Three Thousand Sword Dao in this world each had its unique advantages. Only by learning from each other could one progress further in Sword Dao.
Chu Ming’s Sword Dao was akin to clouds in the sky, changing myriad times in an instant.
Li Yuqing’s Sword Dao had two characteristics: one was speed, to the extreme, making everything terrifying; the other was unexpected and unpredictable. Otherwise, in the martial world, she wouldn’t have the title of Shadowless Sword.
As Chu Ming and Li Yuqing exchanged their Sword Dao knowledge, time flew by. Meanwhile, Chu Ming felt that his Sword Dao was gradually reaching perfection; a single stroke of his sword could now not only change myriad times in an instant but also wield incredible destructive power.
Whoosh!
After three days of Sword Dao exchange, Li Yuqing’s eyes grew increasingly brighter, faintly surrounded by the flowing light of Sword Dao.
"Thank you, Brother Chu!"
Li Yuqing cupped her fists sincerely, thanking Chu Ming.
"It’s nothing. I also gained a lot from our exchange of Sword Dao."
Chu Ming said slowly. This was indeed true; after three days of exchanging Sword Dao, he had cultivated the third move of Cloud Swordsmanship, Clouds Rolling and Unrolling, to the Transformation Realm. Now, his destructive power was enough to pose a threat to a Guiyuan Realm Third Layer expert.
After Li Yuqing left, he continued his cultivation, supported by a large quantity of Upper Grade Profound Spirit Pills, causing his cultivation to advance rapidly. Within half a month, he broke through to the late stage of True Dao Fifth Layer.
At this time, he tidied his clothes and prepared to head to Snow Peak, as it was necessary to eradicate the Ten Nations Demonic Organization.
"Are you planning to go to Snow Peak?"
Qingyang Zi asked gently, stroking his beard.
"Yes, to eradicate the Ten Nations Demonic Organization, a journey to Snow Peak is essential!"
Chu Ming said calmly.
"Do you need me to accompany you?"
Qingyang Zi was worried. He knew well that although Snow Peak didn’t have many top-tier combat forces, its mid-tier forces could easily annihilate the Cyan Yang Sect, making it extremely dangerous.
"Don’t worry, I have helpers!"
Chu Ming smiled slightly, took out the Soul-Controlling Conch from his Storage Ring, and gently blew into it. Instantly, a sharp cry echoed from afar, and a terrifying black shadow circled in the sky.
"I almost forgot about him!"
Seeing the Sky Eagle, Qingyang Zi felt much more at ease. The Sky Eagle was a Seventh Level high-tier demon beast; if it wanted to escape, no one in the Great Yan Kingdom could stop it.
Whoosh!
As Chu Ming emerged from the Cyan Yang Sect, the Sky Eagle swooped down toward him. Chu Ming leaped and landed steadily on the Sky Eagle’s back, then flew rapidly towards Snow Peak.
From a distance, Chu Ming could see the outline of Snow Peak, though it appeared unusually hazy.
...
Half a day later, Chu Ming had already neared Snow Peak, faintly feeling the cold in the air.
Snow Peak was extremely towering, perpetually covered in snow with heavy snowflakes flying wildly, creating a magnificent scene. However, due to it being the Celestial Travel Sect’s base, rarely anyone dared to approach, making it sparsely populated.
Whiz, whiz, whiz!
But just as Chu Ming was about to reach Snow Peak, three young men in their twenties leaped out from a concealed spot.
"This is the Celestial Travel Sect’s base, leave immediately!"
The middle young man said in a cold tone, a trace of chilliness flashing in his eyes.
Whoosh!
Chu Ming said nothing but took out the Token given to him by Yan Nanxing from his Storage Ring and threw it directly to the middle young man.
The middle young man caught the Token with his right hand, feeling a sudden pain in his arm and marveling at Chu Ming’s strength. However, upon recognizing the Token, his heart was thrown into turmoil.
"Greetings, Inspector Sir!"
The young man cupped his fists respectfully.
"Rise!"
Chu Ming said calmly, extending his right hand. A horrifying suction force emanated, pulling the Token back into his hand.
With this, he walked towards Snow Peak, without any obstruction from the three men, who followed closely behind.
"What’s your name?"
Chu Ming asked the middle young man while gently waving his right hand; the Sky Eagle in the sky disappeared into the horizon instantly.
"My humble name is Li Yi!"
The young man’s eyes lit up. This was a great opportunity for Chu Ming to remember him.
"Not a bad name!"
Chu Ming said indifferently. As he walked, a majestic hall appeared before him, with martial artists dressed in Celestial Travel Sect attire entering and exiting, most of them in the True Dao Realm, a level higher than the martial artists of the Great Yan Kingdom.
"Who is the highest cultivation expert on Snow Peak?"
Chu Ming asked instinctively.
Li Yi and the others exchanged glances. Then, Li Yi replied.
"The highest cultivation on Snow Peak is Steward Liu Huan, at the Guiyuan Realm Second Layer."
"Before this, was he responsible for everything on Snow Peak?"
Chu Ming continued to ask.
"Yes."
Li Yi answered honestly. This was not a secret; anyone on Snow Peak could tell Chu Ming.
"Guiyuan Realm Second Layer?"
Chu Ming squinted his eyes and murmured.
Soon, they arrived in front of the snow-colored hall. Li Yi quickly approached the Palace Guardian Martial Artist.
"Quickly inform Steward Liu that the Inspector is here!"
"Got it!"
The white-clad martial artist also noticed Chu Ming, and with a hint of curiosity in his eyes, he quickly walked towards the snow-colored hall.
"Let’s go in!"
Chu Ming said indifferently.
"Alright!"
Li Yi looked hesitant but said nothing, following Chu Ming into the snow-colored hall.
The snow-colored hall looked like an ice palace from the outside, with demon beast pelts covering the floor, and numerous Luminous Pearls hanging from the walls, giving a luxurious appearance.
"Liu Huan sure knows how to enjoy himself!"
Chu Ming sneered inwardly but remained expressionless, quietly waiting.
Around half an incense stick’s time later, an elderly man with graying hair walked out from the back of the hall, his steps filled with power, laughing as he walked.
"Haha, Inspector Sir, I couldn’t personally welcome you, please forgive me!"
